New clients always welcome to join our sessions and we aim to remove ANY barriers so that EVERYONE is able to attend our gym. Walking into a gym for the 1st session or class is an anxious time for some and rest assured at Cobra we dont judge or catagorize. We simply engage, involve and encourage to try your best and if you need to stop for rest or a drink then do so.
