Please join me in welcoming Alexander Hurst into our gym as he starts his Work Experience with us. Day 1 has went really well with some good learning across aspects of the gym.
Alex was set an early task today and that was to create an Inspirational Message on the board for the members to read on their way into the gym.

If your popping in over the rest of this week Alex has another task and that is to speak to and get feedback from members about what training/keeping active means and also WHY CHOOSE COBRA???
